COVER Corp. Releases New IR Documents Related to the Establishment of COVER USA

COVER Corp. has announced the establishment of COVER USA, Inc., located in the USA, as the first of their overseas bases.

Located somewhere in California, USA, the date of operations for the local base is expected to begin in the “Second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (planned).”

COVER Corp. has released two new Investor Relations documents related to the establishment of this subsidiary in North America.
