With these new updates to the derivate works guidelines (which can be found here), COVER Corp. aims to encourage fans and creators to continue creating and developing indie games using hololive IP under the “Game Creator Support Program.”

Additionally, COVER Corp. will allow these games to be available on Steam and even monetized through the distribution of paid content. Prospective individuals may apply for their fanwork to join the “holo Indie” game brand through an application process.

The first game under the new brand has actually already been announced! “Holo Parade,” developed by Roboqlo, is an upcoming game featuring tower defense gameplay but with hololive talents. It will be released on December 1st, 2023, so look forward to it!

The Steam Store link to the game can be found here.
