In her recent tweet and in her latest stream, Ollie announces that she will be co-hosting (with Airani Iofifteen as a guest host) a “tournament” featuring participants from holoJP, holoID, holoEN, HOLOSTARS, and HOLOSTARS EN. This will be one of the first multi-branch Apex Tourneys hosted within hololive production!

Rather than an actual “tournament”, this event is officially named “Kureiji Arcade”, and it will consist of various “newbie friendly” Apex Legends minigames.

The event is set for February 18th, and the main viewing POV will be on Ollie’s YouTube channel. The tournament will be divided into two streams:

1st stream starts at 17:00 (UTC+7)/19:00 JST.

2nd stream starts at 19:00 (UTC+7)/21:00 JST.

The tournament format will consist of three sessions split across the two streams:

The first stream will feature a single session with hololive only.
The second stream will include two sessions:
- The first session will be for HOLOSTARS only
- The second session will be a mixed-branch session (both hololive and HOLOSTARS.)

The participants for the tournament will include many from hololive production, listed as follows:

Squads are yet to be decided. More participants may be announced in joining the tournament later, so stay tuned!

Rewards and presents were teased for this tournament, including some physical/real-world presents, so there’s much more to anticipate. Look forward to more information from Ollie!

Minigames have been announced for all three tournaments!

Maps for all tournament minigames are to be revealed later. A list of the three tournaments (hololive, HOLOSTARS, mixed) can be found below

For hololive only:

3 Game modes: Hide and Seek, Ollie Zombie Raid, Boxing Match

Hide and Seek - Map is KINGS CANYON

Teams split into two: Seekers and Hiders. Time limit set to 15 minutes after the hiding count.

Seekers cannot use player-locating legends (Seer, Bloodhound, Crypto, etc.). 5 minute grace period at the start to allow hiders to hide. When seekers find a hider, seekers must kill them.

Hiders can hide anywhere outside the swamp area. Hiders CANNOT spoil the hiding spots of other players. Hiders must stay put after hiding, and after hiders are found they cannot run.

The game will play out like this:

All players will gather in the Swamp area in Kings Canyon, which is far east of the map.
A countdown will start when all players have gathered.
When the game starts, Hiders will have 5 minutes to run and find a hiding place. Seekers will loot In another area of the map to grab weapons to kill Hiders.
When the 5 minute hiding count has ended, Seekers will have 15 minutes to find and kill the Hiders.

Ollie Zombie Raid - Map is World’s Edge

Teams split into two: Zombies and Hunters.

Zombies can only use their fists (no weapons, loot, etc.). They can, however, use Skills and Ults. Zombies are limited to only using Bloodhound, Pathfinder, and Revenant. Zombies cannot fight each other, but they can stay in groups.

Hunters can loot in a limited time period (5 minutes) before the zombies arrive. They cannot use skills or ults. Hunters can use any legend EXCEPT Bloodhound, Pathfinder, and Revenant. Hunters cannot fight eachother, and are NOT allowed to fight in groups.

The game will play out like this:

Hunters are given 5 minutes to loot
Hunters and Zombies will fight until all of the zombies, or all of the hunters, are killed

The team list is below, but it is subject to change later.

Rewards have been announced for this minigame! For each group, one player will be chosen for most kills.

Boxing Match - Map is World’s Edge

All hololive participants (JP, EN, ID) will join this tournament.

Participants will gather in Countdown map area. Once the match starts, participants cannot leave the area (bottom area surrounded by walls). Players can take shields and healing items in the middle of the map area, but no weapons or grenades are allowed, and shooting is not permitted. There will be NO skills or ultimates used either. Players cannot choose Wattson, Valkyrie, or Octane for this game mode.

The game will play out like this:

Players will gather at Countdown, northwest of the World’s Edge map.
Players will then stand by two walls on the side of the area.
The MC will be doing a countdown, and at the end of the countdown the middle of the map will open up to designate the start of the match.
Final player standing wins.

For HOLOSTARS only:

One minigame has been announced: Boxing Match

Boxing Match - Map is World’s Edge. Same format as hololive side.

All HOLOSTARS participants (JP and EN) will be joining this tournament.

One minigame has been announced: Olliempus Race

Olliempus Race - Map is Storm Point. Starting point is ‘North Pad’. Checkpoint are ‘Barometer’ and ‘Storm Catcher’. Final point will be ‘The Wall’.

During the race, players are not allowed to sabotage each other. No shortcuts allowed, players must follow the road.

Wattson fences will be placed to guide players in this map.

When a runner arrives at their checkpoint, they will need to turn into a loot box (dying by falling off map) so that their teammate can collect their box (respawn banner).

The last runner will then need to revive them using the respawn beacon at the end of the race to win.

Some rules and details have changed because of the map switch to Storm Point.

The game will play out like this:

Players on each team will drop in their respective spots on the map
Race will be on Trident cars. Player 1 will start at ‘North Pad’, Countdown will commence when players have gathered and settled.
Once race starts, Player 1 will drive to ‘Barometer’ (southbound), where they will be handing the Trident cars to Player 2.
When Player 1 reaches ‘Barometer’, they will switch drivers with Player 2. Player 1 will ride as a passenger. Player 2 will need to continue the race immediately, driving to ‘Storm Catcher‘ (eastbound).
When Player 2 reaches ‘Storm Catcher’, they will switch drivers with Player 3. Player 1 and 2 will ride as passengers. Player 3 will need to continue the race immediately, driving to ‘The Wall‘ (northbound) to finish the race.

Squad winners of this minigame will win trophy rewards; 3 total trophies, 1 for each player!
