How do I buy stream tickets for Suisei’s “Shout in Crisis” 2nd Solo Live?
hololiveJP’s Hoshimachi Suisei is back to performing live in her latest solo live concert “Shout in Crisis”. This will be her 2nd solo live to date, and the live date is coming close this January 28th.
SPWN is a virtual 3D space used to host events like concerts, and hololive has utilized SPWN various times for their ticket-purchased live shows. The website has a toggle to switch to English, so make use of that by looking for the language choice drop-down to switch languages. This can be found on the top-right drop-down menu of the website.
Purchasing on SPWN requires an account sign-up using an email, but options to sign-up with an existing Facebook, Twitter, or Google account are available. Verification of your account will then be sent to your email.
Once your account has been created, find the ticket-purchasing site for “Shout in Crisis” on the SPWN homepage. You will find the option to purchase streaming tickets as you scroll down. Follow the steps and include your name in the final step.
You will then check your cart and head toward the checkout page. From there, you may purchase the ticket using your Credit or Debit card. Please note you have a limited time to purchase the ticket once it is in your cart. If after the time limit you have not purchased the ticket yet, the ticket will be removed from your cart and you will need to re-add again.
After you have purchased the ticket, you’re set for the concert! For concert viewing, you will return to SPWN on the night of the live concert, 17:30 JST 1/28/2023 at the earliest, and the concert itself will start at 18:00 JST the same day. The option to watch the stream will be made available then, under the “Live Streaming” category of the SPWN website for the live concert. Now, let’s go over the ZAIKO purchases next.
ZAIKO is another virtual platform used by creators to directly connect with fans. Its use by hololive is relatively new, but the service has been prevalent in Japan, with notable clients like CAPCOM and Kadokawa. The website supports several languages besides Japanese, including English, Chinese (traditional & simplified), and Korean.
Purchasing on ZAIKO requires an account sign-up using an email, but options to sign-up with an existing Facebook, Twitter, Google, Line, Apple, and even TikTok account are available. Verification of your account will then be sent to your email.
Once your account has been created, you will be prompted to agree to an Event Discount Terms of Agreement. You will be required to enter your information such as a phone number, but despite the locked-in county code of +81 on the prompt, you may enter your phone number regardless of it. Agree to the terms and press continue.
Next, you will be prompted by a pop-up to become a ZAIKO Connect Member. This is not mandatory, and you may remove the prompt by clicking “I will not receive this coupon”. Follow the rest of the steps to complete your order.
You will notice that there is an option to purchase a ticket using Paypal.
Purchasing a ticket with ZAIKO is recommended if you prefer to pay with Paypal, but keep in mind the processing fees when doing so.
Please note you have a limited time (5 minutes) to purchase the ticket once it is in your cart.
For either streaming ticket, the sales period will be until January 31, 2023 (JST) for the discounted price. Standard streaming ticket sales will continue until February 28, 2023 (JST).
After the performance has ended, the archived stream, or VOD, will be available for rewatching on both SPWN and ZAIKO. This will last until 23:59 February 28, 2023, JST. A service fee of 220 yen is charged at the time of ticket purchase
