Here are some comments from Korone, found on the official Honda website for the event:
“I have been appointed as the Honda Racing eMS Ambassador. Through my activities as an ambassador, I hope to learn more about cars myself, and I will do my best to convey the appeal of e-motorsports and motorsports to as many people as possible! I look forward to serving as an ambassador!”

Honda Racing eMS is an e-motorsports event with the purpose of attracting new fans and promoting motorsports. This will be the second annual year it’s ever been hosted.
The event will be using Grand Turismo 7 on the PS5 and PS4 to hold the event online, from August 2 to September 1, 2024. The final race will be held as a live event on December 1 in Tokyo, Japan.
It will be a “global time attack” type qualifying event. Last year’s Honda Racing eMS had over 200,000 esports player attendees, but it was limited to only Japanese residents.
This year, Honda will be opening the event to residents of any country!
